We are seeking proposals for the evolution, automation, and integration of information across the various stages of the technical document management process used in the operation of the electrical system, integrating these documents with those of the National System Operator (ONS). Eletrobras has an internal process in all its companies for monitoring updates on the ONS portal, with the aim of identifying changes in regulations associated with Network Procedures and mirroring this documentation in our company’s database. However, there is an opportunity for significant improvements in this process through technological advancements, enabling greater process efficiency, reducing errors in operational actions and operational safety risks, minimizing delays in handling incidents and restoring transmission functions. This improvement can also contribute positively by reducing potential penalties and deductions from the Annual Allowed Revenue (RAP) due to asset unavailability, considering the deduction of the Variable Portion (PV).
