Drafting arguments for complex legal and regulatory demands in the energy sector requires a high degree of dedication from legal teams. This is due to the necessity of performing extensive and repetitive manual searches within ANEEL's public database, individually analyzing and filtering the collected information to distinguish documents and extract data relevant to the topic, before initiating the drafting of arguments.

The goal of this challenge is to seek solution proposals that use artificial intelligence to accelerate and enhance this search and query process. The solutions should enable intelligent, fast, and accurate analysis of technical notes, opinions, resolutions, and decisions from ANEEL's superintendencies and board, correlating them with new legal and regulatory demands. Based on the gathered information, the solutions should facilitate the drafting of briefs for Eletrobras' new demands.
