Description: We are seeking a solution using fixed thermal imaging cameras to monitor critical points on power plant equipment, such as generating assets or auxiliary service components. The pilot project will evaluate the system's effectiveness in detecting anomalous heating and preventing failures before they cause downtime for these assets.
The objective of this challenge is to identify market solutions that allow for the advanced use of technologies for monitoring and inspection, promoting greater efficiency and control in maintenance and operation processes.
The proposal is to conduct a pilot project at the Tucuruí Hydroelectric Power Plant that utilizes the existing IT network infrastructure and can be implemented within a maximum of two weeks, remaining operational for three months. Connection to this network can be made via WiFi 6 and Bluetooth, or as a last resort via Ethernet cable.
Mandatory requirements for the solution:
• Connectivity with AXIA Energy legacy systems.
• Compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and cybersecurity.
• End-to-end view of the monitoring and inspection process.
• Interface for viewing information.
• Proof of concept for rapid implementation.
• Link to a video presentation of the solution.
Please include one link in the registration form to a presentation video or other material about your organization and/or solution.
Business Impacts:
By using thermal imaging cameras, it will be possible to identify areas of overheating in critical and active components, preventing failures and asset downtime.
Expected Benefits:
• Increased reliability of critical equipment.
• Reduction of unscheduled downtime.
• Proactive identification of overheating problems, improving safety.
• Greater control and security in operations.
• Mastery of new technologies and innovative processes.
