Solution for Automation of Analysis and Drafting of Legal Briefs and Arguments Based on ANEEL Data
Co-development of a technological solution to automate the analysis and drafting of legal and regulatory arguments and briefs on highly complex and impactful issues, leveraging advanced queries and analyses of ANEEL's public database.
Drafting arguments for complex legal and regulatory demands in the energy sector requires a high degree of dedication from legal teams. This is due to the necessity of performing extensive and repetitive manual searches within ANEEL's public database, individually analyzing and filtering the collected information to distinguish documents and extract data relevant to the topic, before initiating the drafting of arguments.
The objective of this challenge is to seek proposed solutions that utilize artificial intelligence to accelerate and improve this search and consultation process, enabling intelligent, fast, and accurate analysis of technical notes, opinions, resolutions, and decisions from superintendencies and directorates in the ANEEL database, correlating them with new legal and regulatory demands, and based on the information gathered, drafting documents for AXIA Energia's new requirements.
