A AXIA Energia identificou a necessidade de aprimorar o design dos grampos de aterramento tempor\u00e1rio utilizados para conex\u00e3o a malha de terra e estruturas aterradas, incorporando isolamento integrado \u00e0s partes condutivas. Essa melhoria visa elevar o n\u00edvel de isola\u00e7\u00e3o que protege o eletricista, em caso de erro na sequ\u00eancia de instala\u00e7\u00e3o ou retirada dos conjuntos de AET (Aterramento Tempor\u00e1rio).\u00a0 1. Impactos da solu\u00e7\u00e3o as atividades de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o:\u00a0 Desenvolver um grampo de aterramento tempor\u00e1rio com isolamento integrado para uso em linhas, subesta\u00e7\u00f5es e usinas, visando:\u00a0 Implementar o n\u00edvel de isola\u00e7\u00e3o que proteja o eletricista do contato com a parte viva sob tens\u00e3o induzida.\u00a0 Aprimorar a funcionalidade e a confiabilidade dos grampos de aterramento tempor\u00e1rio .\u00a0 Diminui\u00e7\u00e3o a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao risco, protegendo o t\u00e9cnico mesmo em casos de erros procedimentais ou quedas do cabo de aterramento durante a manobra.\u00a0 \u202f\u00a0 2. Requisitos T\u00e9cnicos:\u00a0 Materiais com propriedades diel\u00e9tricas adequadas: Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais isolantes de alta rigidez diel\u00e9trica capazes de suportar tens\u00f5es induzidas em linhas de extra-alta tens\u00e3o. Devendo ter isola\u00e7\u00e3o igual ou maior que a luva isolante de 17 kV.\u00a0 Resist\u00eancia a condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais adversas: O isolamento deve ser resistente a varia\u00e7\u00f5es de temperatura, umidade, vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, radia\u00e7\u00e3o UV e agentes qu\u00edmicos, garantindo durabilidade e desempenho em ambientes externos severos.\u00a0 Ergonomia e manuseio: O isolamento permitir a opera\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente adaptado para a m\u00e3o humana, n\u00e3o permitindo o contato acidental de parte da m\u00e3o com pontos com possibilidade de energiza\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0 Instala\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o: O isolamento deve permitir que os eletricistas realizem a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da conex\u00e3o entre o cabo e o grampo, sem a necessidade de ferramentas especiais ou procedimentos complexos, possuindo um local que permita a abertura para inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do contato e fechamento seguro .\u00a0 Desenvolver um sistema de bloqueio para a solu\u00e7\u00e3o dos grampos de aterramento tempor\u00e1rio isolados, impedindo que o grampo conectado ao lado terra seja retirado com o lado fase conectado.\u202f\u00a0 \u00a0 3. Ensaios e Testes Recomendados:\u00a0 Para garantir a efic\u00e1cia e seguran\u00e7a do sistema de isolamento desenvolvido, sugere-se a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos seguintes testes:\u00a0 Teste de Rigidez Diel\u00e9trica:\u00a0 Objetivo: Verificar a capacidade do material isolante em suportar tens\u00f5es el\u00e9tricas sem ocorrer ruptura diel\u00e9trica.\u00a0 Procedimento: Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma tens\u00e3o el\u00e9trica crescente at\u00e9 o ponto de ruptura ou at\u00e9 atingir o valor especificado, conforme normas t\u00e9cnicas aplic\u00e1veis.\u00a0 Refer\u00eancia Normativa: Normas que estabelecem requisitos para ferramentas utilizadas em manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em linha viva, incluindo testes de rigidez diel\u00e9trica e mec\u00e2nicos para garantir que as ferramentas possam suportar os esfor\u00e7os mec\u00e2nicos e el\u00e9tricos.\u00a0\u00a0 Observa\u00e7\u00e3o.
